After booking, a member of our team will carry out your virtual consultation to understand your skin and recommend a suitable regime.

Prescription items require a consultation first. Once the consultation form is complete, a member of our team will contact you to assess suitability before anything is dispatched.

Once your initial consultation is complete, repeat orders can be arranged. If it's been over a year since your last consultation, we'll arrange a follow-up in line with medical regulations.
